
The Mission
An expansive neighborhood featuring a diverse and vibrant range of San Francisco’s arts scene. A foodie’s paradise on every block. The Mission is teeming with murals, galleries, cafes, bookstores and boutiques with eclectic wares. Anchored by its namesake and the oldest standing buildingin SF, visitors may tour the Mission San Francisco de Asis, one of the 21 Missions of California. On any given day or night there are dozens ofgallery events, live music performances or indie films. Annually the Mission is host to several events including Carnaval, Open Studios and Litcrawl.
