I heard word that the fine folks at Outerlands are expanding into Wo’s Chinese next door, which is about the same size as their current space. The owners are still in the very early stages, but the plan is to include a full bar (remember, they have a liquor license), additional seating (including large party seating), and extended service hours (potentially including a cocktail hour). They are hoping to be ready to go by summer—more details in coming months on tablehopper. Yup, your odds of scoring a table for brunch are likely to improve by 100 percent.
As a reminder, when they got their liquor license last year, they launched a small cocktail program featuring interpretations of classics with an emphasis on fresh and housemade ingredients, using savory herbs, and tinctures, bitters, and syrups.
