America’s Cup “Summer of Racing” July 4 – September 21, 2013
Sailing teams from around the world have traveled to San Francisco to compete in the 34th America’s Cup for a chance to win the oldest trophy in international sport. The ‘Summer of Racing’ includes three months of hard-fought competition, including: the Louis Vuitton Cup, the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup, and finally the America’s Cup, which will feature the two best teams in the world dueling it out on the Bay.
The America’s Cup Park at Piers 27/29 and the America’s Cup Village at Marina Green offer prime viewing spots to watch the races, as well as provide activities fun for the whole family.
