Can the San Francisco Travel help me find a hotel and/or facility for my meeting or convention?
San Francisco Travel provides a free lead service to help you locate guest rooms and meeting space. You can complete a simple form and submit your meeting information online by using our Book A Meeting service. A sales manager will contact you right away and work with you to find the rooms and meeting space you need. You can also reach us by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone at 415-227-2616.
Can the San Francisco Travel help me book an off-site meeting/event/banquet? How do I obtain venue pricing and availability?
We can forward your request for proposal to our partners that can accommodate your event requirements. Simply complete our Find a Venue. Our convention services team will contact you with any questions and get the site selection process started. Each partner will need to submit their own pricing and availability as San Francisco Travel does not provide this information.

How do I search for vendors and suppliers providing services and/or products for my meeting?

How can I obtain collateral to promote my meeting? Do you provide welcome kits or giveaways for attendees?
We have promotional items that you may order in bulk. Some of our promotional materials are complimentary (limited quantity per order) and others are available for a nominal fee. You may view and order these promotional materials at our Convention Services web store by clicking here.
Please note, we do not provide welcome kits, but can provide the materials for creating your own. We offer one Convention Services Kit per meeting planner (available through our web store) containing a sampling of promotional materials and a list of our services. If you would like to give welcome kits to your attendees, you may purchase our materials in bulk and then supply your own folders/bags for the items.

Union Square restaurants are located farther away, but most are also within walking distance for Moscone Center attendees.
