SF Beer Week Returns

There are beer weeks. And then there is San Francisco’s beer week. Get ready to celebrate all things beer at one of the largest preeminent beer weeks on earth, Feb 7-16. This year’s schedule is frothier than ever, featuring over 500 individual events. Whether you’re an indifferent guzzling novice or a palatial palate aficionado there are great events focusing on everything from food pairings to how-to workshops to special you-won’t-see-this-anywhere-else releases. Below is a short list of some of the top events. So hold on to your pint glass and drink up!
SF Beer Week Opening Gala
Feb 7 6-10pm
Kick off the nine-day marathon of beer tastings, festivals and food pairing dinners with unlimited samples from over 80 of Northern California’s most creative and compelling beers. There will also beer top artisanal eats available for purchase.

Brew It Yourself – Beer Making at Home Workshop

Get your hands dirty at this workshop and walk away with a case of beer you brewed!

Feb 8 9am-2am
Come meet the brewer’s of Heretic as they takeover Zeitgeist’s 13 taps. Special and limited beers will start flowing in the evening.
